By using Kelvin: Color Temp Meter ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
The App is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own, subject to the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Both options unlock the same Pro features: gel filter calculator, color history, and white balance lock.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Color temperature readings depend on your device's camera hardware and auto white-balance implementation. Readings are estimates and may vary between devices. The App is not a substitute for a calibrated scientific instrument. Use professional measurement equipment where precision is critical.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
